Welcome to Rochester’s Best Cleaning LLC. By booking, scheduling, or receiving services, you agree to the following Terms of Service.


1. Scope of Services

Rochester’s Best Cleaning LLC provides residential cleaning services based on the service package selected during booking. Services may include standard cleaning, deep cleaning, recurring maintenance cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, and add-on services.

Specific tasks included in each service are outlined at the time of booking.

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service for unsafe, unsanitary, or hazardous conditions.


2. Independent Cleaning Professionals

Services may be performed by independent cleaning professionals or subcontracted service providers assigned by Rochester’s Best Cleaning LLC.

The company reserves the right to assign, replace, or reassign cleaning professionals at its discretion.


3. Pricing & Payment

Pricing is based on:

  • Home size

  • Condition of property

  • Number of bedrooms/bathrooms

  • Service type

  • Estimated cleaning time

  • Add-on services

Final pricing may be adjusted if actual conditions differ materially from the original booking description.

Payment is due immediately upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Rochester’s Best Cleaning LLC reserves the right to charge cards on file for:

  • Completed services

  • Late cancellation fees

  • Lockout fees

  • Approved add-ons

  • Outstanding balances

Returned payments or chargebacks may incur additional fees.


4. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled service time may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service amount.

Same-day cancellations or inability to access the property may result in a lockout fee.

Recurring clients may skip or reschedule appointments with advance notice subject to scheduling availability.


5. Access to Property

Clients are responsible for ensuring the cleaning team has access to the property at the scheduled appointment time.

If access cannot be obtained, the appointment may be canceled and a lockout fee may apply.

Clients authorizing entry while absent acknowledge and accept the risks associated with unattended access.


6. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are dissatisfied with the quality of service, you must notify Rochester’s Best Cleaning LLC within 24 hours of service completion.

We may, at our discretion:

  • Reclean affected areas

  • Offer partial service credit

  • Provide another reasonable resolution

The satisfaction guarantee does not include refunds for:

  • Areas not included in the booked service

  • Pre-existing conditions

  • Permanent staining

  • Wear and tear

  • Issues discovered after the reporting period


7. Damage & Breakage Policy

We take reasonable care while cleaning your property. If damage occurs that is directly caused by our cleaning team, it must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.

Rochester’s Best Cleaning LLC is not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing damage

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Improperly installed fixtures

  • Unsecured wall hangings

  • Loose or unstable furniture

  • Delicate, valuable, or irreplaceable items

  • Damage resulting from faulty materials or workmanship

Clients agree to secure or disclose:

  • Valuables

  • Cash

  • Jewelry

  • Collectibles

  • Firearms

  • Sensitive documents

  • Fragile items

The company reserves the right to repair or replace damaged items at its discretion.


8. Pre-Existing Conditions

Cleaning may reveal pre-existing damage, staining, discoloration, scratches, weakened surfaces, or deterioration that existed prior to service.

Rochester’s Best Cleaning LLC is not liable for damage resulting from ordinary cleaning of improperly maintained or fragile surfaces.


9. Health & Safety Conditions

Cleaning professionals may refuse service in areas involving:

  • Biohazards

  • Human or animal waste

  • Mold infestations

  • Pest infestations

  • Excessive clutter

  • Unsafe structural conditions

  • Aggressive animals

  • Hazardous chemicals

Additional fees may apply for hazardous or excessive cleaning conditions.


10. Pets

Clients are responsible for securing aggressive or unsafe pets during service appointments.

Rochester’s Best Cleaning LLC is not responsible for pets escaping from the property during entry or exit if reasonable precautions were taken.


11. Photography & Documentation

Rochester’s Best Cleaning LLC may photograph or document areas of the property for:

  • Quality control

  • Training

  • Damage documentation

  • Dispute resolution

No identifying personal information will be publicly shared without consent.

Marketing use of before-and-after photos will only occur with client permission.


12. Recurring Services

Recurring service frequencies may include:

  • Weekly

  • Bi-weekly

  • Monthly

Recurring appointments remain scheduled until canceled.

Pricing may be adjusted with reasonable advance notice.


13. Non-Solicitation

Clients agree not to directly hire, solicit, or contract with cleaning professionals introduced through Rochester’s Best Cleaning LLC for independent services outside the company during service and for 12 months following the last completed appointment.

Violation of this provision may result in liquidated damages.


14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rochester’s Best Cleaning LLC’s liability for any claim related to services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific cleaning service giving rise to the claim.

Under no circumstances shall Rochester’s Best Cleaning LLC be liable for:

  • Indirect damages

  • Consequential damages

  • Lost profits

  • Emotional distress

  • Business interruption


15. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York.

Any disputes arising from services shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located within New York.


16. Acceptance of Terms

By scheduling, booking, or receiving services, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
